Need a quick fix for wrinkles and lines? Do you wish nature would have given you fuller cheeks or lips? Or do you suffer from excess sweating?

ACT NOW: DISCOVER A MORE PERFECT YOU

Over time, as the we age, the temporary wrinkles that form on your forehead, in-between the brows, on the sides of your eyes and folds around your mouth become permanent, making you look stern, tired or angry even when the underlying muscles are still. This happens because the sun exposure throughout the years degrades the skin so much that it loses its ability to "snap" back into place. Botox relaxes the muscles under those wrinkles while dermal fillers soften deep folds and bring back the volume into your cheeks and lips.

What is BOTOX and other advanced toxins?

Botox as well as other advanced toxins like Azzalure or Xeomin are proteins produced by a bacterium, Clostridium botulinum, which can relax muscles. Botulinum toxin is reported to be useful in more than 50 conditions, including muscle spasms and stiffness, twitching, migraines and excessive sweating; it's been also used for years by ophthalmologists to improve certain muscle-related eye conditions and can be helpful in treating Parkinson's Disease. In Beauty they are known for anti-wrinkle effects on the skin.

Are anti-wrinkle injections safe?

Botox as well as other advanced toxins are safe and effective treatments when used in accordance with FDA-approved procedures and by qualified doctors or practitioners; any side effects are generally minor, if they occur at all; during your free consultation your consultant will discuss all the possible complications that may arise from the treatment.

How long anti-wrinkle injections last and when will you notice the difference?

Generally Botox as well as other advanced toxins lasts for up to 4 months. Some advanced toxins can also over perform in some patients. With regular use the intervals between treatments increase; you will first notice the difference in 5 - 7 days with full effect seen at 14 days.

If treatment results are not permanent, why should I keep having it?

It has been shown that with anti-wrinkle injections performed 4 times a year for 2 - 3 years, the target muscles become significantly weakened; thereafter the periods between follow-ups lengthen considerably.

Do the wrinkles come back with a vengeance once results of the anti-wrinkle injections has faded?

Absolutely NOT; they go back to the original state or perhaps slightly improved after 2 - 4 months when the results of the treatment has worn off; there are long term improvements to fine lines and skin texture that cannot be explained by the muscle blocking action alone; perhaps without the background muscle tone on the face, some degree of healing takes place, such that fine lines disappear.

What are Dermal Fillers?

Dermal filler is a smooth injectable gel that can restore the skin's volume and smooth away facial wrinkles and folds, including those highly visible ones around the mouth and nose. Dermal fillers are also used to plump the lips, which loose fat and internal shape with ageing, as well as restore facial volume.

Dermal fillers contain hyaluronic acid, which has the remarkably helpful property of binding to water; as the acid attracts water, it "plumps up" the skin, filling and smoothing out any surface wrinkles and helps replace the cushion of fatty tissue that we lose as we age and as our skin becomes damaged by the sun's ultraviolet light.

Is dermal filler safe?

Dermal fillers are very safe; the substance is largely hyaluronic acid, a substance normally found in the skin, muscles, and tendons of mammals and is eventually absorbed by the body, usually within six to nine months.

What Is the treatment like?

As with all dermal fillers, they are injected into the treatment area with an extremely fine needle and any discomfort is usually minimal. You won't need any pre-treatment allergy testing, because fillers don't contain any allergy-causing ingredients; they are also entirely biodegradable.

How long does it last?

You'll start to see the effects of the treatment immediately; studies conducted report that the filler's results last 9 - 12 months, but you may find that you will need another treatment within 6 - 9 months.
